Ethereum's price is expected to reach $5,000 by December 31, 2024. Markets settle when the asset trades at this price on at least two of three exchanges (Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance) for a single minute interval during the trading day. The settlement criteria also consider data from Binance's 30-min candlestick high prices as an alternative resolution source. If Ethereum reaches $5,000 before December 31, 2024, at 23:59:59 EST, the market resolves to "Yes", while a price below this threshold by the same time results in a "No" outcome. The contract values are averaged from these minute interval prices, excluding extreme values and weekday-only data for settlement.
